Report any damaged or defective items within 7 days of delivery. To process your claim:

- Provide clear photographs/videos of the damaged product
- Include your order number and purchase details
- Refunds or replacements are subject to verification and approval by the seller or merchant
4. Warranty Claims
For products covered by a manufacturer's warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly for service or claims. We can assist with warranty registration but are not responsible for manufacturer warranty fulfillment.
5. Refund Processing
Refund Timeline:
- Step 1: Refund approval confirmation
- Step 2: Refund initiated within 2 business days of approval
- Step 3: Amount credited to your account in 4-5 business days
Once a refund is approved, we will initiate the processing within 2 business days. Please allow 4-5 business days for the refunded amount to be credited back to your original payment method. The total time it appears on your statement may depend on your bank or payment provider's processing times.
6. Refund Methods
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 4-5 business days to reflect on your statement
- Net Banking: 3-5 business days for processing
- Digital Wallets: 2-3 business days typically
- UPI Payments: 1-3 business days typically
7. Partial Refunds

- Partial returns of multi-item orders
- Restocking fees for certain products
- Shipping and handling charges (non-refundable in most cases)
